my phone had a problem and i sent a message to a representative and i received this answer: 

i would say it is a damaged port in the phone, i mean odin to stock and re-root,  then  I saw  someone else has sent this message: 

sorry to gravedig here , but the little contacts on the inside, one of them was bent inward, I tagged on it with a mechanical pencil, 

i got confused, please help me , thanks
