سلام

At the first step, I will analyze the current problem to understand its context and components. Then, I will draw analogies with my previous experiences, looking for patterns or solutions that can be adapted to fit the new situation.

I can take benefits from the skills and knowledge I gained from my past experiences, which helps me approach the problem with confidence. If applicable, I consult with colleagues to gain additional insights. After implementing a solution, I monitor the results and remain flexible, making adjustments as needed.

It depends on the point of view. But generally, we learn from our mistakes and our successes that the way that we passed was wrong or not. if we passed the wrong way, or passed it wrong, we must find better way, or to change the method that we pass the correct way.

About new problems, its a little different, because the way is not the same, but any new problem has similarities to past ones. So we can  use a combination of methods all together. Also its good to use experiences of other people and mix it by ours.
