معنی کلمه filiarchy

میخواستم بدونم که آیا کلمه filiarchy معادل مناسبی برای کلمه فرزند سالاری هست یا خیر. و اگر که مناسب نیست فرزند سالاری در انگلیسی به چه صورت هست.
