سلام وقت بخیر دوستان. من بسیار بسیار شدیداً در شنیداری انگلیسی ضعیف هستم از طرفی هم خودم رو برای آزمون آیلتس آماده می کنم . چیکار کنم خیلی سریع تقویت بشه ؟ چه سی دی و کتاب و فیلم هایی تماشا کنم؟ چجوری می تونم محیط اطرافم رو در حالی که در ایران هستم اما مثل محیطی انگلیسی زبان کنم؟ من چند روز مدام انگلیسی صحبت می کنم و پادکست و... گوش میدم اما خسته می شم و رها می کنم. چکار کنم؟؟؟؟
