What factors do you need to become professional in assessing students listening from theoretical l perspectives?

You need to consider a few things:

• Learn about different theories and models that explain how we listen and understand spoken language.

• Understand the principles of good assessment, like making sure it's fair and reliable.

• Learn about the different ways you can test listening skills, like multiple choice questions, note taking tasks, or interviews.

• Know what makes someone a good listener, like being able to understand, take notes, make conclusions and analyze information.

• Design tasks that match your goals and precisely measure students' listening abilities.

• Recognize  that each student is different and factors like motivation, background knowledge and language skill can effect their listening abilities.

• Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in assessing listening skills. 

I suggest studying " HOW TO TEACH ENGLISH "  by Jeremy Harmer. Of course, try to focus on chapter 10. It works and I'm sure of it.
