کدوم نوع شرطه ؟ میشه جا خالی رو پر کنید If they ____(not arrive) soon, we ____(have) to start the meeting without them.
این جمله شرطی نوع اول است. If+present simple (50%), will do/can/must/have to (100%) If they do not arrive (not arrive) soon, we have to (have) to start the meeting without them.

این جمله ی مجهول رو به معلوم تبدیل کنید Were the chairs moved by someone?
Did someone move the chairs?

I was looking forward to eating at the new restaurant, but it was closed. to اینجا نقش حرف اضافه preposition قبل از فعل است و فعل ing می گیرد.

سلام. وقتتون بخیر . ممنون میشم توضیح بدین که چرا تو جمله زیر به جای "staying" از "stayed" یا "was staying" استفاده نشده. و اینکه این گرامر مربوط به چه مبحثیه که باید مطالعه کنم؟ ".... ,despite the majority staying on land initially"
