زمانه در تغییر است ( به انگلیسی: The Times They Are a - Changin ) آهنگی است که باب دیلن، خواننده آمریکایی، آنرا نوشته و اجرا کرده و به عنوان آهنگ اصلی آلبوم زمانه در تغییر است منتشر کرده است. دیلن این آهنگ را به عنوان سرود ملی تغییرات زمانه خود نوشت و در آن از تصنیف های اسکاتلندی و ایرلندی تأثیر گرفته است. این آهنگ در سال ۱۹۶۴ به عنوان تک آهنگ در انگلستان منتشر شد و رتبه نهم جدول تک آهنگ های بریتانیا را بدست آورد.
