of non - ionc contrast medium , coronary CT angiography was performed .
On obtained slices , as well as the corresponding MPR , MIP , curved - MIP and VR
views , the findings are follows:
LIMA to LAD : Hair –like | ( near occlusion ) with good distal filling .
SVG to D1: Patent with adequate distal filling .
LMS : Normal
LAD : Cut - off in proximal segment ( before D1 ) with good distal filling ( mainly by
SVG to D1 ) .
Mild stenosis after D1.
LCX: Mild stenosis in proximal segment .
OM1: Normal
Terminal OM ( or PLV ) : Normal
RCA : Cut - off in middle segment with retrograde filling of distal segment and PDA
by distal branches of LAD .
