WOC stands for Women of Color. It refers to women who belong to racial and ethnic minority groups, including but not limited to Black women, Latinx women, Indigenous women, Asian women, Pacific Islander women, Middle Eastern women, and South Asian women. WOC are often marginalized and excluded from mainstream feminist movements, which can perpetuate their invisibility and erasure.

WOC مخفف Women of Color می باشد. این به زنانی اطلاق می شود که به گروه های اقلیت نژادی و قومی تعلق دارند، از جمله زنان سیاه پوست، زنان لاتین تبار، زنان بومی، زنان آسیایی، زنان جزیره ای اقیانوس آرام، زنان خاورمیانه و زنان آسیای جنوبی.
WOC اغلب به حاشیه رانده شده و از جریان اصلی جنبش های فمینیستی کنار گذاشته می شود، که می تواند قابل رؤیت نبودن و پاکسازی شدن آنها را تداوم بخشد.

A person might use the term to describe a social event, saying, “The conference aims to address the specific challenges faced by WOC in the workplace. ”
