way to wreck the curve

That's a fine way to make things harder for the rest of us
Curve grading is a technique used in some U. S. schools ( I'm not familiar with other countries' education systems ) that calls for the person who earned the highest percentage of correct answers to be assigned the "top grade" and all other students' results are adjusted relative to the top score. For example, if the top grade is an 80%, then a student who only scored 50 would be "curved" upward to 70%.

So to answer the question: "way to wreck the curve" in that context is a sarcastic way of pointing out that someone has achieved _too much_, because curve grades only apply if the highest score is less than perfect. The implication is that by being too perfect, other people who are less capable are now being held to a higher standard - - more is expected of them. As a saying, it does not have to refer to students in a school but any situation where several people are trying to do the same task and being compared to each other.
