واحد تدارک اعضا ( OPU ) یک تیم پزشکی تخصصی است که مسئول بازیابی اندام ها و بافت ها از اهداکنندگان فوت شده به منظور پیوند است. OPU معمولاً متشکل از جراحان پیوند، پرستاران و سایر متخصصان پزشکی است که از نزدیک با کارکنان بیمارستان برای شناسایی اهداکنندگان بالقوه، ارزیابی مناسب بودن اعضا برای پیوند، و هماهنگی بهبود و انتقال اعضا به مراکز پیوند همکاری می کنند.
