"I'll fix it nice and tight. "
Tight is used as an adjective here. So "I'll fix it nice and tight" means "I will fix it properly".
Now, while doing some jobs tight may become an adverb too, like fixing some screws.

عبارت nice and tight اغلب به معنای درست وحسابی، خوب، تمام وکمال، بی کم وکاست و از این قبیل هستش.
اما اگر با توجه به جمله، tight در مورد یه کار خاص مثل کار کردن با پیچ استفاده بشه ( و مثلا بگه I'll do the job tight ) به معنای سفت کردن پیچ هاست، یعنی پیچ هاش رو خوب سفت می کنم.
