‘Milk solids’ refers to the dried powder left after all the water is removed from liquid milk. It is similar to the milk powder you buy at the supermarket and can be full - fat or non - fat ( skim ) .

تقریبا همون معنی تحت الفظی رو داره، جامدات شیر. وقتی که آب شیر رو می گیرن، پودری به جا می مونه که بهش می گین milk solids و شامل جامدات شیره. می تونه حاوی چربی یا بدون چربی باشه.
