اعتیاد بدخیم ( مخرب ) ، نوعی از اعتیاد که شدید، مخرب و اغلب با طیفی از مشکلات جسمی، عاطفی و روانی همراه است.
اصطلاح "بدخیم" به این معناست که اعتیاد نه تنها مضر است، بلکه به سرعت در حال رشد و گسترش است، بسیار شبیه به سرطان.
