The Iron Law is a concept in political science that states that in any organization or political movement, the people who become leaders will inevitably be the ones who are most committed to the organization's goals. This may not necessarily be the most competent or qualified individuals, but rather, those who are most dedicated and work the hardest towards achieving the group's objectives.

قانون آهنین مفهومی در علوم سیاسی است که بیان می کند در هر سازمان یا جنبش سیاسی، افرادی که رهبر می شوند، ناگزیر کسانی هستند که بیشترین تعهد را به اهداف سازمان دارند. این ممکن است لزوماً شایسته ترین یا واجد شرایط ترین افراد نباشند، بلکه کسانی باشند که بیشترین تعهد را دارند و بیشترین تلاش را برای دستیابی به اهداف گروه می کنند.
