◀️ Israel's geography is terrible. the main reason is that Israel is surrounded by Egypt, Palestine and Syria which are there enemies the biggest Israel's ally “THE US” is located on the other side of the planet. therefore Israel has to invest a big part of their GDP into defense. comparing to other countries in the Middle East Israel has almost no oil and gas resources and only 20% of its land is arable ( 20%Arable - 19% Inarable - 61% Negev desert ) . Another reason is the city of Jerusalem. both Israel and Palestine claiming the city for their own has constantly created conflicts
