رقابت یا مسابقه بین دو فرد یا گروهی که کینه یا نفرت دیرینه نسبت به یکدیگر دارند. مسابقه اغلب با میل به انتقام یا تسویه حساب تحریک و دامن زده می شود.
مثال؛

وقتی دو بازیکنی ( یا دو تیمی ) که قراره با هم مسابقه بدن، از هم متنفر باشن. حالا به هر علتی. یا از نتیجه ی مسابقات قبلیشون راضی نبودن یا کلا از هم بدشون میاد.
grudge fight هم گفته میشه.
