توصیف یک قرارداد بیمه که در آن شرکت بیمه مجبور نیست برای کالاهایی که بخشی از آن گم شده یا بخشی از آن در کشتی از بین رفته است خسارتی پرداخت کند، مگر اینکه کشتی غرق شود، به چیزی برخورد کند، در اثر آتش سوزی آسیب ببیند و غیره.
