A complimentary term used to describe certain Caucasians that are pumped up on some shit from the thrift shop. It is derived from "cold - ass", slang for cool or cool - looking, and "honky" slang for a white person.
E. g. "Do you see that dude Cameron? Damn, he's a cold - ass honky. "
