Ching - Piao Chien, MD, was a professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He played a key role in the founding of the Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists in 1980. Dr. Chein’s primary research was focused on tardive dyskinesia.
