اصولاً این افراد را چه در ایران چه در اروپا و آمریکا همان طوری که اشاره کردید برای کارهای دم دستی و اداری استخدام می کنند بین حقوق دانان معروف اند👈 میزانویس یا ثبات و کاتب یا مدیر و منشی دفتر دارلوکاله و . . . . می نامند.

اصطلاح عامیانه
وکیلی که عمدتاً با اسناد اداری، اسناد قانونی و وظایف اداری سر و کار دارد.
به این معنی است که وکیل زمان قابل توجهی را پشت میز می گذراند و جنبه های تدارکاتی یک پرونده را رسیدگی می کند.
مثال؛
