An intense or excessive sexual desire for men. The term is rare and usually appears in psychological, medical‑historical, or literary contexts rather than everyday speech. It’s the counterpart of nymphomania ( excessive desire for women ) , though both terms are now considered outdated and overly pathologizing.

شدت یا تمایل بیش از حدِ جنسی و وسواس گونه نسبت به مردان. این واژه کمیاب است و بیشتر در متون روان پزشکیِ قدیمی یا ادبیات دیده می شود و در زبان امروزی چندان به کار نمی رود. مانند واژه ی nymphomania، امروزه این اصطلاح نیز بارِ بیمارگون و نامناسب دارد.
