Thinking big—seeing yourself in the position you aim to reach—is admirable.
You get lost in daydreams, only to remind yourself they’re just dreams. Snapping back to reality, you start searching for the fastest way to achieve your goal.
Now, it’s time to take action.
But there’s a small problem—you’ll do it after watching your favorite show, after sleeping, after playing a little.
These are the emotions you experience: frustration, guilt, feeling undeserving.
The bad news? Procrastination might be caused by laziness. The good news? In this world, anyone is worthy of achieving what they truly want.
You just have to put in the effort. And to put in the effort, you need to start. But how do you start when you struggle with laziness?
You must accept that repeating past habits won’t bring new results.
When you begin, the outcome you expect might feel far from where you are now. It might seem like your efforts are pointless. But one thing is clear: not starting at all guarantees failure.
This isn’t just another motivational speech—you might actually fail. But if you look at the past of successful people, you’ll see countless failures. Within every failure lies experience.
Let’s rewind. You made a plan, started doing tasks you used to put off due to laziness, identified and minimized distractions.
Having motivation to start is great, but it’s not enough to keep going.
To avoid giving up, the best strategy is to turn your plan into a habit.
.Thinking big, Seeing yourself in a scenario where you've already achieved your goals, is admirable. You are fantasizing and you remember that these are all just dreams, you get back to the moment. You start searching how can I get to my goals in the shortest time possible. Now it's time to start making actions. There's just a small problem. You say to yourself I'll do it when I'm done watching my favorite Tv Show, when I'm done sleeping, When I'm done playing. And these are the feelings you'll get: You feel depressed, Hopeless and unworthy. The bad news is laziness might be the reason for your postponing. The good news is that everybody in this world deserves what they want if they are willing to try and work for them. If you want to start to trying you need to start, but how can you start when you are lazy? You should've gotten to this understanding by now that by making the past mistakes nothing good would happen in your life. when you start the place where you want to be seems so different than where you are now. You might feel your efforts aren't paying off but this is exactly the cause of not starting. This is not a motivational video. You might actually fail. But when you look at the successful people's pasts there are a lot of failures. There's an experience beyond every failure. Let's go back. By making plans you started doing things that you postponed before because of your laziness. You recognized distractions and removed them from your life or you limited the time your doing those things. Having motivation is essential for the beginning but to continue it's not enough. If you want to not give up, You should turn your plans to your habits
